Welcome to Dizre Contracting. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Dizre Contracting provides construction, renovation, and maintenance services. All services are subject to a separate contract that details scope, timeline, and costs.
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Typically: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% during construction phases, and 30% upon project completion and handover.
Dizre Contracting provides a comprehensive warranty on all completed works. Structural works: 10-year warranty. Finishing works: 2-year warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural disasters.
Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the project contract. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all active projects. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with Saudi Arabian law. The courts of Riyadh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
